1. All bookings must be telephoned or emailed to us in advance.

2. Non-refundable deposit of 20% paid by credit/debit card and balance due on the day in cash, unless otherwise agreed. |

3. No food, drink or smoking allowed at any time in our vehicles due to local council regulations. |
|
|
|
|
4. All vehicles will arrive clean and tidy. Any damage or soiling to the vehicles will be charged at £45.00 to be paid at the time. |

5. Under NO circumstances will we accept any abuse or threatening behaviour towards any of our drivers. The journey will be terminated and no refund will be given. |

6. Seatbelts must be worn at ALL times |
